Alternate Quantum Viewpoint a.k.a 'magic'
Personal Example: 'Faerie Magicks'
Conduit like magic. Wand more of a transference device then a focal one. Power comes from an outside source. No other information available.
Energy is nearly like an electric charge. Atom restructuring? (make atom smasher to test)
Primary source Example: Gellert
Kinetic; energy is physical in a sense. Palpable and visible to the naked mortal eye. Source is the wizard(witch?) with a wand as a focal instrument. Wand also has a core with properties similar to the wizard's own magic.
Mimicked with ionic de/stabilizing. Magic machine...Phin needs better name for this.

Still researching. Initial scan shows something similar to chemical electric charges. No active chemical in the doll.
Might be purely psychological (note: apologize to Buford for pins) will try to make my own. Library visit planned.
